SHINE stands for Smart Habits Inspiring Next-Level Excellence, and every session is built to give people real tools they can use right away. From mindset and budgeting to banking and credit repair, the program teaches practical, everyday skills in a judgment-free, supportive environment.

Connex brings real value to our participants, offering hands-on guidance, trusted financial tools, and free bank accounts for the first twenty individuals who complete all five sessions. Their team shares our belief that financial empowerment starts with access, knowledge, and the confidence to take control of your money. This partnership ensures every participant has a safe place to bank, save, and grow.
